Neff Invited to Participate in Project on Rethinking Graduate Education in Ecology

Based on his research on ecological research policy, Assistant Professor of Environmental Science Mark Neff has been invited to participate in a multi-year project at the National Socio-Environmental Synthesis Center (SESYNC) in Annapolis, Maryland to rethink graduate education in ecology. The goal of the effort is to create a pedagogical framework that enhances the responsiveness of ecological science to societal needs in a world comprising linked socio-ecological systems.
