Study Away & Internship Semester Experience
What: At the Philadelphia Center you can explore your post-graduate interests with a faculty guided internship experience with over 800 companies and organizations. The Philadelphia Center is an Allegheny sponsored study away program, so you will have little additional cost from your usual semester costs at Allegheny. You will also add the Philadelphia Center alumni network to your Allegheny network and have a great experience in the City of Brotherly Love. This is a great program for students who want to explore a particular interest and gain experience, as well as for international students. Pennsylvania Master Naturalist Job
The associate will assist with social media strategy and content; website updates; coordination and outreach to strategic partners; news tracking; cultivating and stewarding volunteers and donors, and other responsibilities as needed. Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills along with a relevant background in marketing, development, and natural resource conservation or environmental science. Prior communications education or experience is preferred. This is a part-time work from home position. Work schedule is flexible averaging 10-15 hours per week and up to 20 hours during peak time frames; weekdays and some weekends. Stipend: commensurate with experience
