Tressa has served in academic libraries for 24 years and has goals of making Pelletier Library the Academic Hub of Allegheny College through collaboration with faculty, increased involvement with library instruction and learning outcomes, promoting student one-on-one research session, teaching of information literacy, building a stronger research presence through the creation of the Center for Research & Teaching Excellence, establishing a dedicated Research Desk, having collection development conversations, supporting curriculum with library resources, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and belonging. The library is a place for everyone. I look forward to collaborating with you.
