Scholarships for International Students

Allegheny College Scholarships

The Berges fund

The Berges Scholarship is a fund created through the generosity of Judith A. Berges ’63 in memory of her parents, the Reverend and Mrs. Carl Edward Berges. The income from this fund is awarded biannually to international students to help defray educational expenses.

Allegheny degree-seeking international students of higher academic achievement (GPA of 3.3 or above) who demonstrate financial need are eligible, provided they have never previously received this award. Please note the following students are currently not eligible to apply: first year students who currently have no Allegheny GPA (you may apply in future semesters), students who have received the Berges fund in the past (including for study away), non-degree students.

Scholarships are awarded once per semester and the application can be found here.

Gator Success Grants

The Success Grant program is designed to provide students with additional financial assistance to offset the total cost of college attendance and to encourage successful on-time degree completion. Eligibility requirements and an application can be found here.
