Purpose: The Allegheny Book Club strives to introduce fictional literature, promote intelligent discussions, compare film and written work, debate what qualities promote popularity of literature, encourage reading and widening range of genres, augment inter-library loan on campus with other neighboring libraries, and engage in literacy conversation in a fun, interactive environment.
