Research interests: Latinx, Ethnic, and Latin American Studies; queer, affect, and critical race theories
Brief bio: My research and teaching focus on the languages and cultures of the Américas, with a particular emphasis on Latinx literatures and queer studies. I am a 2023-2024 Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Faculty Fellow. Prior to Allegheny, I taught in the History & Literature and Women’s, Gender, & Sexuality Studies programs at Harvard University.
