If your event needs are basic amplified sound/mic, Student Life maintains a portable speaker and microphone, available by reservation on Scheduler, through the Campus Center.
Most larger audio/visual requests are handled by on-campus AV Technicians. If AV assistance is needed please email firstname.lastname@example.org at your earliest convenience, however a minimum of two weeks in advance of the event. Include the following event information: date, location, time, set-up by time, the specific AV equipment requested for the event. The AV Technicians will confirm if they are able to accommodate the event and whether additional information is needed.
If the event includes a contracted performer a copy of the Rider outlining the AV needs is to be scanned and or attached to the AV Technician inquiry. Depending on the complexity of the AV needs, utilizing an outside sound company may be necessary.
