The Involvement Fair typically occurs during the first week of fall semester and showcases more than 100 clubs and organizations. The fair provides a lively setting for clubs and organizations to raise awareness about their events, recruit new members and network with others. In addition to student organizations, on-campus departments and Meadville community agencies who offer co-curricular involvement opportunities for students during the academic year are also in attendance.
In August the president of each organization will be notified via email with an invitation to register for the Involvement Fair. This year the fair will occur virtually in September.
In order to participate in the Involvement Fair, student groups/organizations must be registered (with current information) with Student Leadership & Involvement. This includes new organizations and non-ASG recognized groups/organizations.
