Grounds for Change (GFC)

Purpose: Grounds for Change (GFC) is a volunteer and student-run coffeehouse on the campus of Allegheny College. This organization and space will provide an alternative location on campus for socializing, studying, intellectual discussion & debate, community & campus events, and will provide an alcohol-free atmosphere. GFC will strive to support environmentally sustainable practices, including purchasing recycled materials, as well as products that are organic, fair trade, and locally grown or produced. GFC is a not-for-profit organization and all proceeds go towards the upkeep and improvement of the space, or towards events for the student body.
