RISE is a selective, hands-on program for first-year Allegheny students from historically underrepresented backgrounds. Throughout a Gator’s four years, the program will provide comprehensive personal, professional, and academic development.

RISE students will participate in exciting activities as a group throughout their four years, including all expenses paid trips and summer internships. RISE students will live in single rooms in the same residence hall!Development

In the fall semester, RISE students will initiate personalized development plans, with the guidance of the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion professional staff, in order to chart their pathway to success at Allegheny.Program Benefits
