Celebration of Summer Research and Scholarship Poster Session

The Offices of the Provost, Community Engaged Learning, Community-Engagement, Watershed Conservation Research Center, Career Education, and URSCA are pleased to announce the revival of the Fall Semester Poster Session showcasing the many summer experiences that students participate in during the summer. The Celebration of Summer Research and Scholarship Poster Session will be held on Monday, August 26 2024 during the Gator Week of Welcome on the day of Matriculation in the Lobby and Second Floor of the Campus Center from 1:30-3:00PM. The purpose of this poster session is to bring students, faculty, staff and community partners together to celebrate and learn about the research, scholarship and experiences that have been conducted throughout the each summer.

Students creating a poster for this event should familiarize themselves with the URSCA resources on presenting the outcomes of student research and scholarship.

Friday, June 21, 2024: Online Abstract Submission Opens
Thursday, July 18, 2024: Poster Construction Workshop
Friday, August 2, 2024: Deadline for Abstract Submission
Aug 2-Aug 19, 2024: Submit Poster to Print Shop (see instructions sent via email by Dr. Venesky)
Monday, August 19, 2024: Deadline to Submit Poster to Gator Post and Print
Monday, August, 26, 2024: Celebration of Summer Research and Scholarship
