Brett Fuchs ’10

Current City: Marshall, Mo.
Current Occupation: Higher education administrator

Brett Fuchs’ passion for Allegheny began while he was a student, participating in more than 20 activities. Since leaving campus, his connection with Allegheny has not wavered. Brett explains, “Allegheny is not just the place that I went to college; it is the place that I called home for four years.”

The education Brett received at Allegheny has led him down the path he is following today as director of housing and residence life at Missouri Valley College. “My education has meant everything to my career; my experience has guided my personal and professional life.” Because of his Allegheny education, Brett was accepted into one of the top graduate programs for his field, where he excelled.

Brett supports Allegheny because, “donors allow for Allegheny to provide the services and experiences that inspire people. Every gift counts, no matter how big or small.” He believes that every gift helps to shape the experience of a talented Allegheny student. He adds that any size gift “will provide opportunities otherwise unattainable and afford an experience that will shape future leaders in business, politics, medicine — you name it!”
