The first meeting/rehearsal of the Mallet Ensemble in the Department of Music is scheduled for Tuesday, August 30, at 6 p.m. on the stage of Shafer Auditorium. The Mallet Ensemble is composed of marimbas, xylophones and vibraphones. There is one credit hour for this Chamber Ensemble, with rehearsals scheduled on Tuesdays from 6 to 7 p.m. onstage. Interested musicians must hold concurrent membership in a major performing ensemble (Music 114), in order to participate in Mallet Ensemble. Questions should be directed to Stephen F.
