The URSCA office is excited to announce that Meadville will have an official, satellite city March for Science on Earth Day, April 22. This worldwide event has been organized to demonstrate the importance and value of science and evidence-based decision making. You can read more about the goals of the March for Science here. The Meadville march will begin at 10 a.m. and run through 1 p.m. on April 22 in Diamond Park. To learn more and to express interest in attending, you can like the March for Science -Meadville, PA Facebook page. You can also sign up for a T-shirt for the event using this Google form. T-shirts will cost approximately $13 (or less) and proceeds will go to science-based organizations and efforts.
