Mindfulness teacher and practitioner Cory Muscara will lead a workshop on Saturday, September 16, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. in Montgomery Gym. To attend the workshop, please register here. Cory, an Allegheny alumnus, will be on campus September 14-16 as part of the 30-Day Mindfulness Challenge.
