The Emerging Leaders Retreat (ELR) is a great opportunity for you to connect with other first-year and second-year students, student affairs administrators, and upper-class students with the purpose of developing your leadership skills. Goals for retreat participants include meeting members of your class, exploring your sense of self, an introduction to leadership in college and beyond, and developing inclusive leadership skills. This overnight retreat takes place just before the spring semester, January 14–15, 2018. ELR is open to all first-year and second-year students.
