“Hi my name is Mari Casale and I am a senior majoring in global health studies and minoring in geology. I choose to come to Allegheny because of the small class sizes and the potential to build amazing relationship with the faculty who are experts in their fields. I also chose a D3 school so my academics can be my priority but while I can also play basketball.
“Since I am in my last year of college, post-graduation plans have been on my mind a lot lately. I plan to go to graduate school and earn my master’s degree in public health with a concentration in environmental health. One day I would love to get a law degree and practice environmental law, helping people better protect the Earth.
“Without the scholarship I would not be able to come to learn here at Allegheny. I am very appreciative for your generous donation and giving me the ability to come learn at Allegheny and achieve higher education. Your willingness to help students out by creating a fund where it will take pressure off of the economic aspect of college is something I will forever be grateful for.”
Sincerely,
Mari Casale ’21
