- Do the AFTER survey after their last Creek Connections activity of the school year
- We are not evaluating your students – don’t feed them answers or prep them on the topics
- This is valuable information required by our funders and important for shaping the work we do
- We are always striving to improve our program and to stay relevant to your curriculum and objectives
Students:
- Responses are confidential
- If a name is provided, it will only be used to let your teacher know the form was completed
- Name will not be associated with answers.
