Request A Book/Video

What is Requesting?
Faculty may request books or reserve videos so that specific titles are available in the future when needed. Requests must be placed a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Requesting is just a way of assuring availability.

1. Visit the Library Page and search by title, author, etc. This will retrieve all material matching your search criteria.

2. Click the link containing the call number to access the item record page.

3. Make sure to login to view all features of the item record page. This can be done with the link in the center of the page or in the upper right corner.

4. Under “Get It” select REQUEST to open the date finder. Remember requests must be placed a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

If you select dates that are already booked or do not follow the 24 hour notice rule, the system will return a red warning that items are unavailable.

Successful submissions will result in a green notification.
