Phone System Support
LITS provides support for the campus phone system. Use these resources to learn more about using the phone system effectively:
- Most employees are issued a Mitel 6920 phone. This self-paced Feature Teacher from Mitel gives a quick overview of phone functions.
- Allegheny employees who need to field calls remotely can forward calls from a work extension to a home or cell phone. Here’s a brief tutorial on how to do this on your desk phone.
- For changes to directory listings viewable on your phone, or to request changes to phone features, please open a Web Help Desk ticket.
Employees of Allegheny College have access to the full resources available through the library, including books, equipment, and online resources through their library account, as well as assistance from professional librarians.
Employees are welcome whenever the library is open, provided they have completed the required COVID-19 testing protocols and observe appropriate precautions regarding face coverings and physical distancing. Access to the building is available during library hours with your employee ID badge. Only Pelletier employees will have access when the library is closed.
