2018 Holiday Schedule for Employees
Memorial Day: May 28
Independence Day: July 4
Labor Day: September 3*
Thanksgiving: November 22 & 23
*Note that most offices will be open on Labor Day since classes are in session. Please check with your supervisor to determine your department’s needs.
Winter Break
The Administrative Executive Committee has approved a winter break from Monday, December 24, 2018, through Tuesday, January 1, 2019. Offices will close at the end of business on Friday, December 21, and re-open on Wednesday, January 2.
Summer Hours
The College will observe summer hours from June 1 through July 31, 2018. Regular operating hours for the College will be 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch break.
Please note that summer hour arrangements may vary by office, since for some offices the summer months are a busy period and a time to work on special projects. Please check with your supervisor to discuss summer schedules specific to your office.
