The Animal Welfare of Allegheny club is hosting its first-ever pet Halloween costume contest. Submissions can be made by dm-ing images to @animalsofawa on Instagram or through our email, acanimalwelfare@gmail.com. Humans are allowed to dress up with their animals but they must be present in order for the submission to be accepted. Winners will be announced on our Instagram page on Halloween.
