Spring Short Course: Native American Health & Social Justice

GHS 290: An evaluation of the social and environmental determinants that contribute to the significant health disparities between Native American populations and the population as a whole, and the complex challenges of reducing these disparities. Class meets: Tuesday/Thursday, 4:30–6 p.m. starting March 28, 2017 (just after spring break) through May 2, and additional workshops and lectures with invited speakers Monday, April 3; Tuesday, April 4; and Tuesday, April 18. This short course is available for one or two credits and is open to first/second-year students. The seminar will have slightly different course attendance and assignment policies appropriate to the credits awarded.
