Parkhurst Dining Services would like to welcome everyone back from break and wish them a happy and healthy New Year! Opening weekend hours of operation are as follows: Saturday: McKinley’s is open from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m. Deli, Grill and Frenchbreads are open for lunch and dinner with Cantina opening at 4 p.m. Brooks is closed. Sunday: Both halls return to full service–McKinley’s from 9 a.m. until midnight and Brooks from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. and 5 to 8 p.m.
