Interested in learning more about Allegheny’s eight-week, global health and sustainable development internship program in India next summer? You are invited to an informational session on Monday, October 1, in the Pelletier Collaboratory, from 4 to 5 p.m. Students from previous programs will be available to answer questions, and we will share photos and details about the internship program and summer experience. The program includes two weeks of courses taught by Indian professionals and faculty, travel to unique cultural heritage sites, and an intensive internship. Past internships have ranged in topics widely, based on programmatic needs and student interest and training, including: public health initiatives, education, sustainable business practices, ayurvedic medicine, palliative care, sanitation, and financial analyses of non-profit initiatives.
