Are you interested in studying Black history? Do you enjoy service projects that help you learn more about different communities? During Spring Break 2019, Professor Heather Roberson will take students to New Orleans to study Black rural and urban life. Students will participate in service projects, visit museums, interact with local residents, and discuss the complexities of Black life. This EL will be worth two credits.
