What classes count toward the International Studies major? How should I scaffold my coursework? When should I study abroad, and how will courses taken abroad count toward the major? IS Program Chair Laura Reeck will run an information session for students, especially first and second-year students, who are interested in pursuing International Studies as a major at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday, November 14, in Ruter 201. The most pressing topic is registering for classes for next semester, but the process for declaring the IS major and figuring in study abroad will also be addressed. Lunch will be provided. All IS students or IS-intending students are welcome.
