What are you doing for spring break? Consider an Alternative Spring Break. Join other students in doing a week-long service-immersion experience. Learn more about yourself, others, and your capacity to help make an impact in a local or national community. The 2019 Alternative Spring Break trips include: Habitat for Humanity in Morgantown, West Virginia; Living Lands and Waters in Memphis, Tennessee; Cass Community Social Services in Detroit, Michigan; and James River State Park in Gladstone, Virginia, with the American Hiking Society. Please click here if you would like to apply to be a student leader for one of the trips. Otherwise, please click here to fill out the general student application. Please apply as soon as possible; applications are due no later than Wednesday, February 6, by 6 p.m. For more information, contact Olivia Lang at olang@allegheny.edu or Nikki Hawk at nhawk@allegheny.edu.
