The third annual Richard J. Cook–Teresa M. Lahti Scholars Symposium is just one week away and will be held on Tuesday, April 30. The events for the day are finalized and can be found at the Scholars Symposium website. Of particular note, please see the Student Spotlight session (from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.) which will include a Poster Session of classroom, independent study, and internship projects in the Campus Center Lobby, a facilitated conversation about climate change in the Campus Center 301/302, and the presentation of oral history projects in the Collaboratory of Pelletier library. And, this is a reminder that if you are a first or second year student who has questions about succeeding at Allegheny (e.g., declaring a major, finding an internship, getting involved in research, etc.), please consider attending the Mentor Breakfast from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Campus Center lobby–you can RSVP here.
