Work Out Your Stress, Strength Training will be held in the Wise Center Dance Studio on Friday, February 28, at 3 p.m. The class uses lower, upper, and core strengthening exercises to help increase physical wellness, relieve stress, and raise your confidence and happiness. Each class ends with a relaxation or positive affirmation exercise. Class is accessible for all fitness levels and open to all actively enrolled Allegheny students. Equipment is provided and class is less than an hour. Just bring some water and be ready to get healthy! If you have questions, please email Danielle at
