To support a safe return to on-campus work, we will distribute cloth face-coverings, hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and thermometers from 8 a.m. to noon on Thursday, July 2, at the Loomis Street loading dock of the Maintenance Building (295 Loomis Street). Supplies will be packaged to provide for the employee count of an entire department/office so supervisors are encouraged to designate an individual or team to pick up the supplies and share amongst their colleagues as they return to work. Please park along Loomis Street and walk to the Maintenance Building loading dock to minimize traffic within the building and small lot. Please wear a mask and maintain 6 feet of physical distance to protect the health of all. Staff will be available to prepare your supplies and answer any questions. Please note: This supply distribution will replace the items previously offered through Public Safety and employees should no longer contact or visit Public Safety to request supplies.
