The Presque Isle CPCU Society Chapter has approved two $1,000 unrestricted scholarships to be awarded to two recipients. Applicants must be a student in good academic standing and have completed at least 30 college credits or one year at a trade school. The Scholarship committee is charged, within its discretion, to select the finalists among eligible candidates that fully complete the 2020 Scholarship Application. “Qualifying major” is defined as disciplines from which the insurance industry draws employees. This includes Accounting, Actuarial, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Insurance Management, Management Information Systems, Risk Management and other related fields.
