If you will have students that need to work over Winter Break in order to maintain campus operations, and/or will have openings for the Spring Semester, please submit the appropriate Job Posting Description Forms by December 11. This will provide supervisors with the Supervisor Section of the Student Employment Form for Winter Break as well as advertise for any open positions. Remote work during Winter Break, December 12 through January 18, would only be available for students who are legal Pennsylvania residents and will be based on supervisor discretion to determine if there is work to be completed that is necessary to maintain campus operations. Supervisors can complete the necessary forms by selecting either “Break Job Posting For Supervisors” for Winter Break positions or “Academic Year Job Posting For Supervisors” for Spring Semester positions.
