Virtual Yoga Class–Wednesdays

Work out your stress with this virtual yoga class! Work-Out Your Stress, Yoga will be held online on Wednesdays at 4 p.m. ET via Zoom. This class will combine yoga flows with rejuvenating stretches followed by a short meditation to relieve stress and find your inner peace. Class is accessible for all fitness levels and open to all actively enrolled Allegheny students. No equipment is necessary. If you have questions, please email Danielle at dpecar@allegheny.edu.
