Allegheny College and Hagan Business Machines are partnering to host a curbside community food drive on Saturday, April 17, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. There are two curbside, contact-free drop-off locations: 1) E. College St. and N. Main St. (at the Allegheny College Pelletier Library) and Hagan Business Machines (on 17281 Conneaut Lake Road). Individuals can also schedule front-porch, contact-free household pickups. The drive benefits the Center for Family Services Inc., the Crawford County Coalition on Housing Needs, Meadville Community Soup Kitchen, United Faith Fellowship Food Pantry, and CHAPS. Schedule an at-home pickup by calling the Allegheny Civic Engagement Office at 814-332-5318 or email gcs@allegheny.edu. Donate non-perishable food items, personal toiletries, and/or cleaning supplies. Cash donations are also accepted. Please help support our neighbors in need!
