Gator Care Day Spring ’21 Is Happening Today: 5/13

Are you feeling stressed? Are you feeling overwhelmed? Are you feeling bored? Are you feeling disconnected? If you answered yes, then head over to Gator Care Day Spring 21′ today, May 13, 2021. Join the Counseling and Personal Development Center (CPDC) and volunteers from across the campus for a day filled with fun, yoga/ meditation, unplugging from technology, and connection. Gator Care Day Spring ’21 will feature a Fun Zone on Murray lawn, Unplug Zone in the Gator Quad, Zen Zone on the Quigley lawn, and a campus favorite Therapy Dogs near the Senior Circle from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. today. We will be giving away frisbees, beach balls, water bottles, bracelets, and sunglasses while supplies last. So, come on out and have some fun and get reconnected with the campus community! And remember, self-care isn’t selfish it’s necessary!
