We are excited to announce the launch of Environmental Science and Sustainability Professor Eric Pallant’s new book, “Sourdough Culture: A History of Bread Making from Ancient to Modern Bakers,” on Tuesday, Sept. 14, at 7 pm ET via Zoom. Prof. Pallant will be in conversation with Beth Kracklauer, who has been food editor for the Off Duty section of the Wall Street Journal since 2012.
