Work-Out Your Stress is back!

Mark your calendars for some group fitness! Each class is open to actively enrolled students only and are designed to help improve your mood and manage stress. Classes will begin on 1/19/22 and will be run weekly.

Mondays @ 4pm: Strength Training — Full-Body weight lifting with cardio spikes to improve metabolic conditioning and raise confidence!

Wednesdays @ 4pm: Yoga — Yoga followed by a space for reflection and meditation.

Classes will be held in the Wise Center Dance Studio. Equipment is provided. Please bring water and wear sneakers!
