Students: Please consider taking 10-15 minutes to complete a multi-institutional IRB-approved survey about your mentoring experiences. The purpose of this research is to learn about characteristics in supportive relationships that students at all levels of higher education experience.
Specifically, the study aims to identify common characteristics across academic stages, disciplines (or career paths), and other contexts that may help inform both mentees (e.g. students) and mentors (e.g. professors, supervisors, peers) to develop stronger mentorship practices.
