We are conducting a research study on diversity, equity, and inclusion at Allegheny College, and we invite you to participate. We are holding listening sessions to discuss the campus climate and issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. This faculty session will take place Tuesday (2/13) at 12:20 pm in the Pelletier Collaboratory. Lunch will be provided.
The benefits of this research for participants include providing the campus with feedback to improve our DEI efforts. The main risks involved in participation come from psychological discomfort from engaging in these conversations. As a participant in this research, your identity will remain confidential in any reports or work resulting from this research. You can access the consent form here to review before the session.
