Christians believe that Jesus literally came back to life after being dead and buried for three days. The resurrection of Jesus (celebrated this past weekend by Christians across the globe) is one of THE central events in the Christian faith.
This week at ACO, we wrap up Jesus’ story in Mark 16. The very same friends who fled when Jesus was arrested and crucified in Mark 14-15, are transformed by what they experience in Mark 16 – what we celebrate on Easter morning, or Resurrection Day. Death is defeated, and we get a taste of what is to come – hope and life!
