Interested in helping with the major concert but don’t know where to start? The Major Events Committee (ASG & GAP) is asking for the support from you on some of the event preparation for the spring concert.
Between hospitality preparation and production setup on Friday, April 12 to ticket scanners and production tear down on Saturday April, 13, there is a chance for you to get involved with the major concert.
All volunteers will have their ticket purchase refunded when they show up for their assigned task. A volunteer meeting will be held in the Campus Center Room 301/302 on Wednesday, April 10 at 5 pm. We ask that all volunteers try to attend this meeting to get your free t-shirt.
