Navigating the process of finding a new medical provider can be a daunting process. It can also be difficult scheduling appointments and transferring medical records.
The Office of Human Resources is presenting to our medical insurance participants a Member Engagement Guide. This service allows participants to contact the number provided to obtain assistance in finding new providers, to learn if there are fees associated with providers, and to support and help navigate care.
