Online events can tend to feel very raw and thrown-together. We always strive to improve the production value and present the most polished and professional webinar experience possible.
We encourage our webinar hosts to:
- Use practice mode, to get panelists set up before going live and becoming viewable to the audience
- Wait a few moments after hitting the “go live” button. Acknowledge the audience (they’re watching you, at this point) and explain why you’re waiting
- Use “Gallery view” where it may be useful to show the breadth of the panel in a discussion, and “Active speaker view” where only one panelist is expected to talk at a time
- Utilize the Q&A feature to allow greater audience participation
