Fall Semester Timetable

Date Task / Event / Deadline
October-February (Prior Year) Complete a FAFSA – Contact Financial Aid with questions.
June Complete Forms– Accessed through WebAdvisor/Self Service
a. Insurance Form (Required annually)
b. Student Agreement (Required every semester)
c. Vehicle Registration (Optional) and Cable TV Option (Optional)
d. Select your meal plan through The Housing Director (THD)
July Share access with anyone who helps you manage your billing statement. “TMS/Nelnet-Student Account Center” link on WebAdvisor/Self Service. Instructions.
July (1st week) Financial Services generates fall billing statements. You will receive an email when it is ready. Log into TMS/Nelnet-Student Account Center and view.
July Make sure you complete all requirements for any pending aid on your billing statement. Contact Financial Aid.
July Set up Payment Plan if needed
July 31 Fall semester balance due – Payment Information
August We apply a “transcript hold” to all past due student accounts.  Only students with a zero balance will be permitted to receive a transcript.
Last Monday in August Final day to purchase optional tuition insurance.
August 31 Final day to decline Health Care Insurance through United Health Care and have premium fee removed from the student bill. Decline through the “Student Insurance Form” link on WebAdvisor/Self Service.
September 5 Payment Plan registration closed.
September (2nd week) We apply a registration hold to all past due student accounts.
October 1 Pending aid is removed from your bill. If you have not followed up on aid, this amount will be added to your balance and will be due immediately.
November Spring class registration begins: Only students with a zero balance will be permitted to register for Spring classes and/or receive a transcript.
