Allegheny College will be transitioning all employees who are currently paid on a monthly pay schedule to a biweekly schedule. We anticipate this transition will occur between July 1 and August 1, 2024. It is our intent to present the transition to the campus in an informative manner that reduces any confusion and concern.
As we are getting closer to the transition to bi-weekly payroll, we wanted to direct you to the Human Resources Payroll site that will adequately give you all the resources needed in preparing for this transition. You will find checklists, forms, FAQ’s, and references to support you though this process.

Please have changes and updates to your direct deposit, W4, and 403b contributions completed and turned into the Office of Human Resources by June 21, 2024.
