Alt Headings
Normally headings are created by choosing heading 3 or heading 4 in the Visual Editor menu. An alt heading is a non-standard headings 3 with a yellow background and is appropriate for more drastic thematic shifts in content.

Process Headings
The standard numbered list is created by using the Ordered List button in the Visual Editor menu, but what if you want the numbered list to be the main featured of a page, big and bold? Process headings is a Headings 3 which include a bold number to the left, for pages where the numbered list is the main featured.
