Personal Disturbances
involving a targeted group of individuals
This would include things like:
- assault
- suicide
- a missing student
- riot/demonstration
- delivery of a suspicious package
Campus Disturbances
something threatening the larger campus and community
This would include things like:
- an explosion
- bomb threat
- weapons on campus
- a hostage situation
- a shelter in place order
