Courses
- New courses with permanent course numbers
- New FS 201 courses
- Repeated Special Topics Courses (third or subsequent iterations)
- EL Seminars that have permanent course numbers
Programs & Rubrics
- New major and minor programs
- New program rubrics (not necessarily associated with a major/minor, e.g., GTWY)
- Substantial revisions to major/minor requirements that include a significant change in requirements and/or new courses
Agreements
- New co-operative (3 plus) agreements
- New sponsored study away programs or courses
Other Significant Changes
- e.g., Major/minor definitions; schedule grid; academic calendar, institutional learning outcomes, graduation requirements, distribution requirements, etc.

- EL Seminars that are sections of existing courses (e.g., EXL 594)

- Relatively minor changes to major/minor requirements, such as substituting elective courses
- Sunsetting major/minor programs
