Student-Initiated Withdrawal (“X”) Deadline: 3/26

The deadline to take a Student-Initiated Withdrawal (“X”) from a semester course for Spring 2019 is 4 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26. Forms for withdrawals are available in the Registrar’s Office and require the signatures of the instructor and your academic advisor. The completed forms must be turned in to the Registrar’s Office by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26. Please keep in mind that only one student-initiated withdrawal per student is permitted per semester. If you wish to take a leave of absence from the College (i.e., to withdraw from all classes this semester), please contact the Dean of Students Office. If taking a student-initiated withdrawal will leave you with fewer than 12 credits for the semester, you are strongly encouraged to consult with Financial Aid and Financial Services before you submit the card.
